Antique Banded Agate Cross Pendant

This large Victorian agate cross set in sterling silver is a rare beauty. A circle, two ovals, and a teardrop join together in a cruciform shape that is at once geometric and architectural. The result is a powerful, magnetic talisman. All hand-crafted, cut, and polished, each unique warm-toned earthy agate is encircled and framed by two concentric twisted silver ropes. Oxidized over the years, the patinated silver looks wonderful with the color variations and bands in the agate. Stunning worn long on a thin silver chain, or worn higher on a chunky cable chain.
