Victorian / Edwardian Trombone Watch Chain in Sterling Silver

The perfect antique watch chain — effortless to wear with a length just shy of 18 inches, easy two dog clip closure, a Floating Tbar at center, and weighing a comfortable 40 grams.

The long, elegant links measure 2.8cm × 0.6cm, and are joined together in the classic and pleasing pattern of three belcher links, one trombone link.

All elements are fully hallmarked. The links bear the lion passant for English sterling silver. The T-bar and dog clips are additionally marked for 1902, and the T-bar carries the maker's mark EC.

These old watch chains look wonderful worn on their own or with other chains in your collection.

The piece is in very good antique condition. The dog clips are secure and work well. I have left the lovely silver patina which can be gently polished with a soft cloth.
